Dialogue Diversity is a consultancy business specialised in the communicative, development and relational aspects of organisational and educational life. We have a vast international experience across Europe and beyond and find a great interest in facilitating dialogue and development in contexts characterised by professional as well as cultural diversity. In what training is concerned, our approach is focused on the Organization seen as a Social System. D.D. has its headquarters in Aveiro. The innovative training programmes for different target groups include own pedagogic and didactic approaches and materials, especially for social integration, empowerment, self-reflection and motivation, as well as ICT based methods which are constantly being updated. On a national level, D.D. works with the following strategic partners and clients: Vocational School of Aveiro, Aveiro University, Minho University, Job Centre and many important industries, factories and businesses in different sectors.
All of our work is based on the Organization seen as a Social System.
THE TRAINING IS CENTERED IN THE trainees AND NOT IN THE TRAINER
The training path must respond to the requirements of the trainees – for whom the training is directed
Respecting this principle, it requires that the training path ceases to be a repository of knowledge from the trainer’s side to a constant questioning from the trainees’ side
The themes should be adjusted to the typology of trainees’ problems
To awaken a different look of “identifying” the faults and the solutions/path that the trainees can and want to tread
It has to be a simple path, in terms of understanding, and adjusted to the reality people know and with which they identify themselves
We believe that your challenges can be transformed into innovation and development
We create clarity through dialogue – and alongside ensure that you discover new perspectives and opportunities
We ensure outstanding and satisfying results for everybody involved by connecting the aspirations of individuals with your organisational goals
